We love all of our clients at Beauty Inspired by Mimi, and we want to make sure everyone feels at home in our friendly Hair Salon.  All services are intended to be private. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again. Take a quick read. • All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your time. The base deposit is $25. Services over $100 require a 30% deposit and services $200 or more require a 50% deposit.

• Appointments are not confirmed until deposit is paid.                                                                        All deposits will be applied toward your service.

• If you are more than 20 mins late your appointment will be cancelled and deposit forfeited in order to consider the next appointment starts on time.  If you must cancel please notify me 24 hours before your appointment (you can only apply your deposit toward one rescheduled appointment within a 10 day time frame).

• No Call No Shows will be charged the full amount with the card on file. I know that things happen and you are important to me but please remember  the time allocated for you is  with you in mine is valuable and costly.

• Unfortunately I do not service children under  the age of 10. Please do not book an appointment  for young children as they will be turned away and deposit forfeited.

• Please avoid bringing guest who are not receiving a service, if you must bring someone, they must be seated in the lobby area and you will be responsible if anything is damaged and will be charged the day of service.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            Lastly, come with an open mind and heart.
